Very clean and well located hotel
A bite difficult to understand some of the staff when speaking in English

Great property centrally located. Great rooms, Great bathrooms, comfy bed and pillows, room service was very good.
I do feel though staff is very unresponsive regarding extensions etc.
Not much to not like. The Nikko is very very good at what it does. Might not be as flashy as some of the larger properties, and if that's what your looking for u have options. If your looking for clean well maintained plush rooms and a fantastic location. Nikko is a great option.

location was good but not super central

The room is nice and spacious, with a clearly separated bathroom area — which is great. The bed is large, and the work desk is comfortable enough to sit and work through the late morning.
The level of peace and quiet should have been better. I checked in very late, but throughout the night I couldn’t sleep at all because of the loud noise and chaos coming from the next room. It felt not worth the price I paid — especially considering how high it was and that I checked in so late.
