Het Hotel is fantastisch heel mooi.
Het ontbijt valt erg tegen alleen wat paar dingen te bestellen.

Schön renoviert, sehr grosse Zimmer
Service beim Frühstück komplett ungeordnet und massiv überfordert. Nach über 30 min Wartezeit wurde das Frühstück immer noch nicht serviert, daraufhin musste ich terminbedingt gehen. Eine Kompensation erfolgte nicht. Dies ist keinesfalls Serviceniveau eines Taj oder anderen 5-Sterne Etablissements.

The hospitality was genuinely warm, and the location is excellent. The gym is well equipped, and the sauna and relaxation area are really nice.
For me, the price doesn't match what you get. Even though the hotel recently reopened after renovation, the rooms still feel odd and basic. I expected more from a hotel of this category. Overall, there's a lack in the details: on my second stay, I found hair on the bathroom floor and holes in the towels. The shower gel contained only water, and I had to ask for it to be replaced – the hand soap was watered down too. We were on the 2nd floor facing the street – not a great view and noticeable noise. The spa area is also oddly located; you have to walk through most of the hotel to reach it.
