The location was so central and everything was walkable. The hotel has everything that you need. The pool is on the small side but is great to cool down on a warm day. The beds are comfortable and rooms are large and clean. There is a coffee shop attached that is great to grab a coffee in the morning. There is free parking available at the property as well.
The only thing I could say is that we had room 191 that is right off the main central patio so can be a bit noisy in the morning. It did not bother us though as we left early to explore.

The hotel is beautiful, very well kept, and offers both a restaurant and a very pleasant café. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and professional. The room was charming, in a slightly dated way yet functional overall. The swimming pool was not very big but perfect for a relaxing time. The location, a stone throw from the Zocalo, was also fantastic for an enjoyable stay in the city centre.
The bed was not comfortable, and the AC unit very loud. The curtains and blinds were impractical as designed, especially for someone small. The room did not offer much space either for opening a computer or write notes.

Central location , cafe served excellent coffee
Internal rooms are small and have very small inward windows that look into a corridor, we up graded to a Jr suite exterior facing windows.
