Tong Park Hotel

Great location. Good parking. Ali was great in getting us checked in when we arrived. Samira was wonderful when we were checking out.

Bed could've been more comfortable.

Staffs Ali and Ash is really good and cooperative and very professional and always ready to help to the very best

I had a wonderful stay at Tong Park Hotel and was very pleased with the overall experience. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, and everything contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A special mention goes to Ali at reception, who was absolutely fantastic! Ali was friendly, professional, welcoming, and very helpful. The excellent customer service made a real difference and made me feel valued as a guest. It is always a pleasure to meet someone who takes pride in their work and makes guests feel welcome. Thank you to Ali and the team at Tong Park Hotel for the hospitality and for making my stay such a positive experience. I would happily recommend Tong Park Hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay with great customer service. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

The younger lady on reception is very pleasant, as are the night staff. The rooms are clean. The grounds are buzzing with wildlife and theres some nice walks nearby.

The food menu isn't great. Some rooms do require updating.
