Excellent location , in Birmingham city centre
Reception staff ( especially Ali) was helpful

Clean and comfortable suite with lots of space for us and our child and the bathroom was super clean and new. The staff at reception and at breakfast were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of items and you could have as much as you wanted. Really good value for central Birmingham.
The local area felt quite rough and run-down. (Not the hotel's fault!) Taxis don't pick up outside because of trams so you have to walk to a side street.

Very central location in Birmingham with a friendly front of house staff team and easy check in and nice self-serve breakfast
A little pricey for what you get
