Hyatt Regency Birmingham

The parking is limited, l couldn’t find anywhere to park and got a ticket after the told me to park near the hotel

Amazing hotel been twice first for are 4 year anniversary 2 years ago loved it so much came bk for my birthday this September had a fantastic stay staff Amazing especially the light skin Jamaican lady on front desk went above and beyond to sort out a little problem we had lovey lady well manned and very gd customer service need more staff like her always welcoming with a lovely big smile a big thank you to her and yes we will b bk again thank u and of course the breakfast is to die for on point Amazing something for everyone and loved the spa had the best birthday weekend ever c u all soon

Good location. Didn’t appear to be sufficient staff around, only one on reception on arrival. No tones in room which would have made use of the pool better. Breakfast area domewhat chaotic although the staff were clearly working flat out. They were exceptionally helpful pleasant and courteous.

No robes in room - unpleasant breakfast environment. Had to go down to the foyer to get extra milk as we gave up waiting for for room service /house keeping.
