Loved everything!
Loved the decor of hotel, the bedroom. It was so large and comfortable
Property had many facilities and garden and pool

The staff cleaning our room was gorgeous - Suleha I think her name was and the gentleman that was helping her. They were lovely
All the staff were lovely!! Also the chaos that stood outside hailing the taxis for us they were always so polite and did everything with a smile

We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Singapore! The hotel was beautiful, but what really stood out was how friendly, welcoming and helpful all the staff were. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome.
We stayed in a ‘family room’ so we also had access to the laundry room to wash and dry our clothes which was a nice surprise!
The breakfast was amazing too - one of the best spreads I’ve seen.
Our room was located very close to the lifts, and at night we could hear them operating. The noise sounded like a continuous rushing wind, which was a little distracting when trying to sleep.
The kids’ facilities seem to be geared more towards younger children. It would be great to see some additional options for tweens and teenagers, such as a table tennis table, arcade games or a billiards table, to give older kids more activities to enjoy during their stay.

Location, typical Shangri La at reception which is nice, open and grand. Booked a massage which was nice.
My room in the valley wing smelt damp, the spa facilities were not good, we could only use the steam room. Everything else was out or order and the plunge pool looked old and had yellow sides/dirty.
