I want to thank the concierge for his assistance in trying to resolve an issue I had with a suitcase. He tried very hard to help resolve my problem by contacting others. His assistance was much appreciated. I also want to thank the doorman, he was super friendly and courteous. Many thanks Deb

Perfect location with shuttle bus to the city centre where there are shops and train.The facilities were excellent, staff so very helpful. Breakfast was AMAZING staff were EXCELLENT especially Syed, Marcus and Agnes who always looked after me and the kids, a big thank you for making our stay so comfortable and pleasant 🙏💙🫶

salad bar & heated cabinet for the croissants.
I found it a bit chaotic & letting kids touch or play with the food on display was not good.
Understandably during peak hours local staff could not take care of this, but was hoping that parents would act responsibly.
That was not always the case.
This should be improved to make the breakfast a nice experience for everyone.
