This property was comfortable with an ideal central location to see all the local sites. The breakfast was at a cafe just a few steps outside the door and everything was delicious while you enjoyed a seat for great people watching. Staff was attentive and helpful as well.
It was a little loud at night with local musicians performing in the local Mercato area so if you’re sensitive to noise it might be challenging to sleep through it.

Tullio and Silvia are excellent hosts. The location is perfect as was breakfast. The public areas and the room were basic but very stylish. The seating area in the courtyard garden was a delight and the overall impression was one of cleanliness and freshness
Our room had a limited view opposite a building under renovation. Our bed was reasonably comfortable but creaked loudly on movement. However neither issue spoiled our enjoyment of the Residenza and our time in Lucca

A lovely place to stay with both beautiful breakfast room and sheltered canopied outside breakfast / rest area. Location is quiet but only 100 metres from the main shopping thoroughfare and also close to the Piazza dell’ Anfiteatro, Palazzo Phanner and access to the City Wall.
No negative aspects at all.

Hosts super attentive and accommodating. Lovely! Great location and comfortably appointed. Bikes for use really tipped off the Lucca experience. Fresh croissants. Good coffee. Fresh fruit. Yum.
