The staff went above and beyond with their service and really helped our group out when one of our party had a nasty accident prior to arriving. Nothing was of any trouble to them.
The hotel itself was ideally located, and was welcoming & comfortable for our stay.
Despite being full all week, they managed to sort us out with an additional night's stay whilst we got things sorted out following the accident.
I can't praise the staff highly enough!!

excellent staff, profesional and very friendly. Good breakfast. Great location at walking distance from Lucca historical center.
Lovely colourful reception, nice design.
a bit noisy within the building, one good hear sounds from the room above. We had the room for guests with reduced mobility and the bathroom was for us uncomfortable due to the high toilet and shower with curtains.

The location was perfect for walking into Lucca and exploring the surrounding town.
The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Great buffet breakfast.
Lovely pool to cool off in.

Petit déjeuner de qualité très médiocre.
Pain industriel , fruits immangeables, salle bruyante , service très très moyen.
Le prix très exagéré compte tenu de l’appréciation globale de l’établissement. Aucun charme , sur une route bruyante, piscine bizarrement située. Chambre minuscule. Bravo au photographe car les photos ne sont pas la réalité.
