It was clean, well located, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was great.
The parking wasn’t great and needs explaining a bit more

Perfect location, with beach just in front of the hotel. Nice staff, very good pools with separate part for kids. Has everything you need, gym, spa and entertainment in the evening
Not really a problem for us, but lifts small and slow with one out of order.

Proximity to the beach. Easy car parking. Very nice rooms and balcony views.
Huge buffet breakfast selection.
No iron. And quite frankly for a 4 star hotel this is unacceptable. Reception staff said on both occasions when we asked that the iron hadn’t been returned from other guests. How many irons does the hotel have? 1? 2?
Not good enough. And chase the guests that haven’t returned it. Ridiculous excuses. Also very slow and old elevators.

The hotel is beautiful, stylish and looks new. It’s clean and well kept.
The breakfast is plentiful.
The beach is nearby, beautiful and clean.
The wellness area is nice.
The bathroom door is made of transparent glass, offering no privacy.
It’s impossible to rest after 7:30 a.m. There’s noise from pool cleaning, leaf blowers and cleaners vacuuming and moving things around in the hallways.
The breakfast is a little bland.
The wellness area closes at 6 p.m., which is too early for guests who spend the day exploring.
