The hotel is beautiful.
The room was nicely decorated and it was really nice to have a sea view balcony.
The proximity with the cove was amazing.
The bathroom sink was very small for 2 people. Not a lot of storage space to put your toiletries.
All pools were great however it was very annoying to not have available sun beds because people were leaving their towels and just go for hours.
I think the hotel should really enforce a stricter policy so everyone can enjoy the facilities.
The staff was nice but we had to wait a long time at lunch.
Lastly, the evening buffet was really nice with a lot of variety. However, the dessert area was not enough refrigerated so a lot of yogurts or dessert were not really cold.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service in a great location. Our room had a lovely sea view.
Fabulous breakfast. Lovely pools to relax at.
The beach club opposite which is for hotel guests is open to public for lunch so the queues are long, Guests of hotel should have priority.

The proximity to the beach and the choice of pool areas. The spa area was lovely. The breakfast buffet was good. Most of the staff was friendly, particularly in the restaurant. Yoga on the beach was a nice addition but would have liked more animation in the day time.
The room was far too small and very basic for the high price we paid. There was no bathroom door which wasn’t at all private and the water went everywhere.
The entertainment was limited and the hotel was a bit dead in the evenings. The evening buffet was very average and the layout was like queuing for school dinners. For example the queue for hot food was right in the middle so it meant you couldn’t easily access the other food. If you went later to avoid this then the food was unappetising and sometimes lukewarm.
