Fantastic location! The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The windows were amazing at keeping the street noise out. Breakfast on the canal was beautiful and delicious every day!
The stairs to the room are steep, but if you go slow, no problem!

Location was close to Santa Lucia Railway Station and Water taxis. Room was comfortable, airy, clean and pleasant. Breakfast was good and waiters friendly and efficient.
If there was a lift but we understand that there are not many lifts in Venice accommodation.
