Tremendous staff - very helpful and accommodating. Location is perfect to enjoy the city and still have easy access to public transportation. Great restaurant! Cozy and clean spa facilities.
Our room was great, but it had a door to the adjoining room that did very little to block out noise. If staying here again, I’d try to get a room without this feature.

Easy walk to shopping and cable cars.
Trying to park our rental car in its underground garage was a challenge because of the tight spaces, but staff offered to park it for us.

Perfect location to access the town and the Seceda lift. Clean, modern, up to date interior - if that’s your preference? On site parking available in the two storey basement.
Look elsewhere if you want a hotel interior with a traditional alpine vibe.
Our suite had a strange layout with a small separate toilet, shower and wash room. You have to stand in the bedroom corridor to dry yourself after having a shower. Privacy might be an issue for some.
