Very pleasant and friendly staff. Lovely oldie world feel. Family room was spacious. Food was excellent at breakfast and dinner. Attractive dining room. Multiple lounge areas with comfortable seating and great view. Very comfortable and good size bed.
Bearing in mind the typical Scottish weather (which we got!) the lack of a drying room was a major problem. Quirky plumbing was interesting at times, not sure if it was something we liked or disliked.

Nice rooms and dining area. Only place open for food on a Sunday.
Bit pricey. Were made to wait for an hour before official check in time. I felt they could have shown some flexibility as the room was probably ready when we arrived.
