Hotel de Charme Laveno - Luxury all Inclusive

The hotel is amazing. A heated infinity pool with jacuzzi - that lets you relax even on a rainy day, a calming spa with saunas, great food that feels just like you’re in a chef’s restaurant, staff are super nice and welcoming - we had an amazing time!

Our stay was perfect, we loved the varied breakfast, the staff, the room, the views, how quiet it was. Laveno is gorgeous and the lake is incredible. The location is unbeatable, much quieter than the other towns we visited around the lake, which for us was perfect. It felt very immersive. The staff at the hotel in particular were the crowning glory. Everyone was so helpful and kind and made us feel at home. The evening food was incredible. It felt like a real treat every night and we were made to feel super welcome and comfortable from start to finish. The pool and sauna areas were amazing too. Everything was clean and tidy. We really hope to return one day!

The flush in our bathroom didn't work initially, but this was fixed VERY quickly!

Everything - from breakfast and dinner to the pool and thermal suite. We also had a cooking class and we rented e-bikes. It was absolutely wonderful. Couldn’t have asked for more. The varied menu for dinner was excellent. The dinner was of exquisite quality. Kudos to the chef and the team.
