I like that they had entertainment on the property daily & the 24 hour shuttle availability,

The check in process was very long even thought I had a paid booking. Took over an hour to get fully booked .

Facility, Location, staff (customer service oriented)

Disappointment on Special restaurants for example the offer from the menu was different to the delivery one, La Hacienda, (3)and the Japanese Peruvian (poor service) Having in mind we decide to cancel the Brazileiro

The hotel and facilities are very good

The buffet and the meals were very limited

The rooms have really been renovated and are really comfortable and luxurious. There are lots of pools around the resort so you can always find a place to be here. The children's area is really beautiful and fun. Lots of slides for adults and children.

The food is really, really mediocre for a place that considers itself a luxury hotel. The food is really bad except for the hamburger at the lunchtime diner. Everything sucks. Because there are a lot of pool areas, you have to go very far down the hill to find the towel area, and the bar is also located far away if you don't sit at the bar's pool. The staff is not the most polite and check-in takes forever. I added an extra night and the clerk made a mistake in the calculation, so the next day they chased me for the extra $100 as if I was going to run away from the resort, in addition to the fact that the hotel is very far from the center of Playa, where you have to take a taxi for 900 pesos to get to the city.
