Everything! The hotel is absolutely amazing, and the staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming. It is genuinely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.
Our suite was stunning. We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail, the wide range of amenities and equipment provided, and the exceptional quality of everything in the room.
The room service and housekeeping were simply flawless throughout our stay.
Thank you so much, Capella Hanoi, for making our stay so special. We had an unforgettable experience and are leaving with wonderful memories. See you again soon!
