Lovely home from home feeling.

Nothing.

Our room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with a comfy king sized bed. The shower was decent. It was very peaceful, despite having the pub next door. The food in the pub was delicious. The carpark was very busy when we arrived but we found a space easily, after we returned from an evening at the Utilita Arena in Cardiff, which is a 20 minute drive away. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the manager, Mike. This was our second stay here and we would definitely stay again when visiting Cardiff, as it is such good value for money, the location is good and the rooms are cosy and clean.

I wish there was a fridge in the room, or breakfast available in the pub. I liked everything else.

Room was very nice, staff very friendly.

Lunch was ok apart from the gammon, couldn’t put a knife through it. The manager refunded money straight but it shouldn’t have left kitchen like that. No breakfast option available either so because of this we would not return
