The location of the hotel and green environment around it amazing!

Établissement de standing en pleine nature avec les services et équipements en rapport. L'endroit est calme et si vous recherchez une certaine zénitude, c'est parfait ! Le petit déjeuner est à la hauteur.

Relativement éloigné du centre, pas grand chose à faire a proximité sans prendre la voiture ou les transports en commun. Le prix du SPA, non compris dans le prix de la chambre, est exorbitant (50€ par personne pour 2 heures).

Loved the quiet wooded location and a nice 10min walk to tram stop into the city. Breakfast had lots of healthy choices and I enjoyed the yogurt & chia very much. The restaurant food was very high quality and the staff polite and helpful. Lovely modern rooms with good air conditioning which was needed at this time.

The pool facilities, whilst discounted, were quite expensive for just 2 hrs. We were disappointed not to be able to use the area to relax as the only other area was the bar balcony - and that only had one comfortable sofa to sit at.

The staff of the hotel and the Spa. The spa is an extra and IT IS CLOSED ON MONDAY till 2:00 pm and they don’t say this on booking. This is very unprofessional As nobody from reception let us know about this “ little “ detail. Spa staff very rude . All the female staff not very welcoming much better the male staff. Breakfast is very poor for a 4 stars indeed it’s a 3 stars breakfast. No typical products available, very little choice. For a resort oriented toward the wellness it’s a BIG NO . They should re elaborate all the breakfasts concept. Prices are too high if you pay € 175 per night and not even have access to the spa which cost € 50 for 3 hours and it’s the only reason why you choose this hotel it’s definitely a not good value for money.
