Amazing service, the private beach was so quiet and peaceful. The hotel location was amazing and the staff were incredibly attentive. The hotel spa and hot pools were beautiful.

Amazing location, thermal spa access, helpful front desk team
Expected far more from a 5 star property. Lack of attention to detail and staff in the restaurant in particular let the hotel down badly. Disorganised, lack of acknowledgment or greeting and waiter forgetting orders

Nobody watches fitness area, needs cleaning, towels, at least more gym mats (there was only 1 until we asked for the second one)

Direct access to the sea
The thermal baths are quite far from the hotel, and the shuttle service to them is chaotic. In addition, the hotel sells a complete door-to-door transfer package to and from the airport or train station. In our case, we weren't met at the ferry and missed our train. They offered to reimburse the cost of the taxi we ended up taking ourselves, but not the non-refundable train tickets
