The hotel was amazing, easy to reach if you have data on your phone as it can be a little bit tricky if you reach from Canary Wharf. But if you take the DLR it's very easy to find it!
The hotel is very clean and exceeded our expectations! The staff team was on point and helped us when needed. We also managed to leave our luggages on the last day after checking out without a fee which is a positive thing for London compared to other hotels in London. Canary Wharf is just 12-15 minutes walking from the hotel which is an amazing walk with amazing view!

Great location, lovely staff, rooms very spacious and clean
Black mould on the ceiling in the bathroom which had obviously been painted over

Clean and good amenities
Tv useless, parking useless as have to call concierge and wait about 5/10 mins gate breaks and doesn’t open may aswell park outside somewhere, and is long as well as being expensive. Some rooms the bathroom / sink has no door so be wary. Irene is rude, Razia is amazing. But i got ‘upgraded’ seemingly to a lower priced room so double check if not happy
