Friendly and quite place to stay. All very clean and a great breakfast.wished that we could have stayed longer and we will return. It's on the west side of town so a short walk down hill into town( pubs , shops, etc) and easy 4 minute flat walk to the top of the West Cliff, with it's magnificent views of the sea, harbour and abbey . Would highly recommend and it's in a good location.

Staff very nice and helpful, very knowledgeable about the history of the building. Best breakfast in a long time, quality bacon, sausage and black pudding.
