Brilliant location. Everything was in walking distance and the black information folder was invaluable. Whilst contact with Emma and Dave was through E- mails, ultimately there wasn't a problem because we didn't encounter any. Finally myself and wife found it to be excellent value for money.

The room was so light and airy .
We stayed in one of top rooms, with sea view.
Offered everything we needed for our three night stay.
Comfy bed , and fresh towels , lots of storage space and refreshments facilities too, the fridge a bonus.
Would definitely stay again .

The room was lovely, clean and comfy. Great location to the beach and the town centre. The staff were helpful and kind. Parking was easy right outside. Will definitely return.
