Overall the stay was good. Transportation around the area could have been a bit better. Didn’t have enough time to enjoy the amenities. Next time I would stay somewhere cheaper for an additional night.

Our second visit, this time we travel with my daughter’s family and grandson. This is a few Onsen hotel that allows children to use their public onsen. He enjoyed this new experience and all of us have a great time to enjoy the facilities and fine Japanese dinner. Since this is my second visit, our family was offer free lounge access and late checkout. Something we did not expect. So thank you!

We had an amazing stay in Hakone! Everything was wonderful—the staff was so friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the hot springs were incredible. Such a relaxing experience. We would definitely stay here again!.
