The apartment was large and had lots of natural light. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. Quiet area close to a market and bus stop.

The apartment was a little far from the city center of that’s where you were spending your day.

The location was great and the neighbourhood is fantastic. Very safe and family friendly.

We wish there had of been a coffee maker there for our stay and a couple more towels. Getting into the apartment didn't go as planned. The keys were not where they said but someone came quickly to let us in.

Good size accommodation and infrastructure.

The location is very good, and the manager was very responsive, even during the bank holiday when we experienced issues, which was very positive. The flat itself is excellent , spacious, well organised, and equipped with everything we needed and good and functional decoration. The check-in process was stress-free and very well arranged. Overall, it is a very good flat and we had a positive stay.

The floor was not properly cleaned when we arrived, and the Wi-Fi instructions were unclear. We initially connected to one of the Wi-Fi networks listed in the pamphlet, but we were unable to receive emails or make WhatsApp calls. Because it was a bank holiday, it took quite a while to receive any technical support. When we finally received a response, we were told that we had been using the wrong Wi-Fi network. However, the welcome pamphlet did not specify this clearly. When I raised this issue, I was told that customers are “always informed” about the correct network, but not only did it take half of our stay to get a response, we were never informed about this at any point, even after escalating the issue. I later tried another Wi-Fi network listed, but still experienced problems. At that stage, I chose not to escalate further as our stay was almost over.
