It was very clean and tidy, and the staff were super lovely. We couldn't work out the washing machine, and they very quickly came and showed us (we were clicking the wrong button). Lots of space for 4 people. They gave us umbrellas to use on the days it rained, which was very handy.

No complaints; it was exactly, if not better than, what we thought we would get. The location was a little walk from the train, but again, we knew this from Google Maps.

Huge apartment with plenty of space - great for longer stays. Combined washer/ dryer plus free detergent available, plus drying room in bathroom. Kitchen with large fridge, proper cooktop, microwave, toaster, fresh coffee making, free sugar, etc. Plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, sharp knife. Dining table near kitchen so we could eat meals together. Large TV that we could connect our streaming services to and large lounge/ sofa. Fresh towels every 2 days if you put your ‘make up my room’ sign on the door when you leave in the morning. Very clean apartment and common areas, modern feel, newly renovated. Separate bedroom for privacy or so younger children could go to bed earlier and adults could stay up. Secure entry to apartment. Access to rooftop with great views over Tokyo. Few minute walk to nearest 7/11. Front desk staff friendly and helpful - assisted us to arrange luggage forwarding, book a taxi and chase an Uber Eats order that didn’t turn up. Good communication after booking and throughout our stay. Several different metro stations within 12 to 15 min walk of apartments making access to various metro lines easy. Central location - we walked to Tokyo station in under 30 mins - nice location on a river, views of Skytree from rooftop.

Mattresses slightly firm - ok for us but something to consider if you have bad back etc.
