The train line that connects the hotel does not connect to any tourist places . Everything requires a switch or 10 minutes walk to another train line

Beautiful property, wonderful buffet, Amazon helpful and friendly staff. As close to a perfect stay as I can imagine.
For a first-time visitor to Japan, it was not an ideal location. It is quiet and unhurried for sure. And it is connected to both airport transport and subways. But it’s not close - walking distance - to much of anything. That said, it’s a cheap taxi or subway trip to many things, just not as many as I would have liked as a first timer. That is THE ONLY negative thing I have to say! It’s wonderful!

The rooms were very spacious. They came with L'Occitane products. The staff was very friendly, all fluent bilingually, and provided fantastic customer service. They went above and beyond. The amenities are well-kept and the location is easy to navigate as it is connected to the train station.

Lots of food options in the neighborhood
The bathroom amenities were nice.
It’s extremely dated. Carpets are full of stains which is disgusting.
The corridors smelt musty.
Guest rooms need a big refurbishment
Bathrooms also need update.
