The location is great, apartment is very spacious and catered to our needs.
Didn’t know that there is no daily housekeeping till we checked in. Would suggest use of this word Etsu Apt-Hotel instead of Etsu Hotel!

Well located, clean, safe, close to train line. The art in the hallways was very nice too.
The beds were not very soft and the pillows were hard.

Location is good.
Room is quite well equipped.
Staffs are very responsive and helpful.
Room is too small for 6 of us.
My mother caught a bug in the enclosed bedroom.
Building / room air ventilation can be improved.
