La gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host è stata totale.
La stanza che ha anche un balcone, è pulita e confortevole. La vicinanza con Porta San Donato con le fermate di numerose linee di bus consente di muoversi per Bologna con comodità. Oltre a questo, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 15/20 minuti. Per noi che eravamo venuti per partecipare ad una FIERA, la location è stata perfetta perchè ben collegata alla Fiera ma nello stesso tempo, in centro, nella zona universitaria.

Ho prenotato in questa struttura perché dovevo assistere mio padre per un intervento chirurgico, la stanza è vicinissimo alla struttura ospedaliera Villa Torri Hospital ... davvero comodissimo. Arredo molto bello..ben riscaldata, con TV.. wifi, piccolo frigo. Bene servita dai mezzi pubblici, si raggiunge il centro di Bologna 10 Min a piedi, vicino ci sono supermercati, bar e ristoranti.
Nella descrizione dei servizi non viene specificato che il cambio degli asciugamani viene fatto dopo 5 giorni di soggiorno.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. The room is equipped with air conditioning and motorised shutters. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. The location is very good, as it is fairly close to the university (both Bologna and Johns Hopkins SAIS campus) and some of the more scenic quarters of Bologna. The city centre is also not far.
The room does show signs of wear and tear. There is a big crack on one of the walls for instance. That said, this hardly diminishes the experience of the stay.
