Our room was beautifully located amongst lush gardens and the hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Chau the concierge was particularly helpful and welcoming.

The stay was really beautiful, you get a nice view of the town and the landscape. Really appreciate services from Chau who went beyond his way to make our stay comfortable. He helped us at every step of the way and it gave us some great memories to take home

Nothing particularly
When taking a shower, the entire bathroom—including the toilet and the sink—got completely wet because everything was in the same open space. There was no minibar, only an empty fridge.
The gym looks amazing in the photos, but in reality it was dirty and not well maintained. The same applies to the pool, which was also disappointing compared to the pictures.
On the positive side, the woman serving breakfast was kind, polite, and welcoming.
