Удобное расположение - рядом центр, магазины кафе рестораны. Кровать и постельное белье идеальные. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак.

Very clean hotel!, nice modern rooms, close to Northern Avenue walking distance, centrally in Yerevan. Staff is very friendly and helpful to assist with anything.

•the location is great
•conditioning system was good and new
•the property is new and well made
•the rooms are clean
•little and cozy
•there are all the necessary basics in the room
•for the breakfast there were also the necessary minimum
The drain odor in bathroom was extremely strong and it entered to the room itself. And since there is a low possibility to air the room, the stunk was extremely strong. The hotel workers tried to find a solution but there were no results.
It’s difficult to communicate with the hotel stuff, except the receptionists, in english.
