Hotel Bambu

My stay at Hotel Bambu was one of the best. I booked the Jungle Suite and it really felt like I was sleeping in nature, very comfortably. The room was clean and it probably had the most comfortable bed and sheets I’ve had in a hotel in a long time. The water was perfectly hot in the shower and they cleaned my room as much as I needed. The food was very good and I appreciated how much variety their menu has, also allowing for some moderations and additions. The staff was extremely kind, asking about my day, how I was doing and all of them were attentive. I was well treated and taken care of. The owner even offered an upgrade if I wanted one. The lake view is gorgeous. When I wanted to travel by lancha to the other towns they helped me call a tuk tuk to the public dock and they explained how the boats would work and for how much. I highly recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing retreat with genuine care and hospitality. Thank you to everyone there for a wonderful stay.

Such a beautiful location by Lake Atitlán! Grounds have beautiful flowers and cute animals, staff are so kind, and the food and jacuzzi are lovely too! Would go back in a heartbeat

L'établissement a répondu au delà de mes attentes. Il est super bien situé avec un jardin luxuriant, une vue spectaculaire sur les volcans et le lac Atitlan. Le personnel est juste incroyable et au petit soin avec sa clientèle. Ils anticipent les besoins et y répondent parfaitement. La discrétion est aussi vraiment appréciable. J'ai véritablement eu un coup de coeur pour Hotel Bambu et remercie de nouveau la qualité du service exceptionnel!

The facilities and rooms are not up to date
