Location was perfect, central and easy accessible to all important areas of Sighnaghi.
Host was really nice and hospitable, even offered us free wine.
And the view from the garden is lovely!
Facilities and cleanliness were both lacking.
There was not all the time hot water, the faucets were quite old and barely working. The bed was not quite comfortable, it seemed that it was a bit improvised.
As for the cleanliness, I think the owners would need to put more work into it.
Otherwise, the accommodation was close to be perfect.
