Wonderful stay!!

Beautiful property…needs a little renovation to it, staff was very nice but seemed to be short on workers. So service sometimes could get slow. Food and drinks were kind of hit or miss. The upkeep of the pools in particular seemed lacking compared to others we have been to. The rooms are nice and a good size. The room service was outstanding on service. The entertainment team & butlers did an outstanding job. Housekeeping was wonderful as well. If you are a workout person like I am the weight room is not going to be for you. Very small & not much equipment. Probably the worst I have seen out of all the inclusive resorts we have been to. We have been to one other Secrets properties ,the Secrets Playa Blanca and there is no comparison. It is an amazing property .If you are picking between the two. Overall, I would give the resort a like a 6.8 out of 10. A very solid resort. We made the most of our 6 days and had a great time.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. The spa was excellent as well as the grounds, food and whole experience. We truly felt like we were transformed to a little piece of heaven. The amount of detail and luxury in every part of the hotel was exquisite. We will be back!
