Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was very convinient

Johnathan was a huge help with many things. The property is 300 years old, so that needs to be kept in mind when booking. It is also up a pretty steep hill (we felt stronger by the end of our stay). The only downfall was the lack of air conditioning during the last UK heat wave. This was a charming stay that we would do again.

Would have liked to have someone help with luggage on the stairs

"Having a restaurant and bar on site was very helpful when getting in late. Staff was very helpful and fun (Jonathan and Isley). Good selection of whiskey and our room was very fancy. No mini-fridge..."
