Pro:
Great location. Only 6 mins walk to the Keisai Skyliner station, where to take train to Narita airport. There is a rooftop garden on 11/F open until 11pm. We enjoyed the breezy wind up there at night with the lighted up skytree tower. Staffs at the front desk and restaurant were nice and helpful.
Con:
We were at the 4/F. The room was dated and not as clean as the other Tosei hotel we stayed before. Bath curtain has black mold or stain on it. Flooring in bathroom is dirty.
Hair was found in the towel.
There was a huge step from the bathroom to the floor in the room. Seems dangerous to the senior has knee problem.
