Bel Air Azur Resort (Adults Only)

The beach and swimming pools were very nice and enjoyable. The animation team was excellent and honestly one of the best things about the hotel. The staff were generally helpful whenever we asked for something.

The biggest disappointment was the difference in how Egyptian and foreign guests were treated. I noticed several times that the staff would approach foreign guests to ask if they needed drinks or anything else, while completely ignoring us as Egyptians. This was particularly disappointing because we also tip the staff, sometimes even more than foreign guests. Everyone should receive the same level of attention and service regardless of nationality. The food was disappointing, with very limited variety and poor quality. The room furniture was extremely outdated and looked like it hadn't been renovated since the hotel first opened. Also, all the rooms overlook the pool, with no sea-view rooms available, which was disappointing. The TV picture quality was extremely poor, almost like watching through an old shared TV connection. Although we could change channels, the image was blurry and low quality. It seems the hotel hasn't bothered to upgrade its TV system in years.

Excellent hôtel, très bien situé. Le personnel est sympathique, accueillant et toujours disponible. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Je recommande vivement !

All the meals were excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious

The hotel’s amenities were a little limited. In addition, there was no aqua park at all, which was a bit disappointing.

Location

The staff are very friendly and welcoming toward foreigners, but unfortunately they are much less helpful and accommodating to Egyptians.
