First floor with walkout to the beachfront pool deck plus the largest floor plan in the building make this unit a unique find! You will love the upgrades and additions of this gulf front unit. There are king beds in the both guest suites as well as the master! Custom made extra long bunk beds in the bunk room which sleeps 4. Fireplace with mantle in the living area. HDTV's in every room!
If you like convenience, this is the unit for you...This is a ground floor, beachfront, corner unit that is directly off the pool/hot tub deck. Enjoy the ease of not having to take an elevator up to your unit or lug your beach items all over the building. This floor plan is open and spacious. The Kitchen/Dining/Living Area is the perfect place for entertaining and gathering for family vacations with plenty of seating. Windows in the Dining and Living Area allow for great natural light. Access the large balcony through the sliding glass doors from the living area and the master bedroom.
*BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The primary bedroom is very spacious and separated from the other bedrooms. It boasts a king bed, it's own full bath with two vanities, large walk in shower and balcony access.
The two guests suites both have king beds with their own adjoining full bathrooms (one with access also to the hall for bunk room guests to share) . This unit is also one of the few that has a separate bunk room with plenty of storage located off the main entry hall which sleeps 4 and contains 2 televisions- 1 of which is for gaming. Bring your gaming console and be ready to have fun!
*AREA INFORMATION: Blue Mountain Beach Condos is the perfect spot to get away from it all. Located off of Scenic Highway 30-A, our building is tucked off of the south side of 30A in the quaint 'town' of Blue Mountain Beach. 30A is a two lane road that hugs the coastline of one of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. We are between Destin and Panama City Beach (20-25 min to each), 15 minutes from Sandestin, 5 minutes from Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Zoned residential, there are no hotels or high-density developments. There is an 18-mile bike path, a state park, many top-notch local restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet food and wine stores and a Publix supermarket just a few miles away.

This beach front property on the first floor was absolutely perfect for our family of 10. With 3 king bedrooms and a bunkroom, grandparents, kids, and grandkids all fit perfectly into the unit. The access to the pool was a perfect situation for the grandkids. We had a great time and definitely would stay here again.

Our family has vacationed in this area for decades; this property is hands down our favorite, with this specific unit the clear winner. It’s is the absolute ideal unit for a family with young children due to proximity to the pool; making snacks, nap time & bathroom breaks a breeze. The unit was spotless, extra amenities abundant (beach towels, toys, soap, detergent, etc). Ashely (the property manager) was quick with responses & very helpful with any issues. We will definitely be back. If there is ever any availability!

Beautiful condo with plenty of space for 6 adults and 5 children. Was nice having beach towels to use. Start up essentials was beneficial and much appreciated. Owner provided beach chairs and umbrellas eliminated the 750 expense of having to rent for the week. We did have an issue with where we were allowed to place the chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The company the sets up the rental chairs blocked the entire ocean frontage and would not allow occupants with their own chairs set up in front of them. Even when we tried to set up before the chair company they made us move. This was extremely frustrating especially since we had 5 small children that wanted to play in the water. Because of this we will not be staying in the condo facility in the future. Very disappointing!!

The reviews were very misleading. It's so inconvenient if you have a disabled person with you. There's not even a ramp available to the beach, only stairs and you would think for what they were charging they would be more ADA accessible. It's a beautiful, clean condo and it's safe but we won't be staying there again.
