We have two villas (Tanuki No. 1 and No. 2, which have the same specifications, and Tanuki No. 1, which has a rating of 4.96/5) located in the Shinjuku District. Each villa is over 100 ㎡, has 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets, and 1 shower room. The villa is equipped with a 75-inch TV in the living room, a stylish kitchen, and other modern amenities. You can enjoy the most traditional and authentic Japanese lifestyle here.
There are four subway lines, providing convenient access to almost every part of Tokyo. The property is just a 1- to 4-minute walk from 3 nearby stations. Supermarkets and 24-hour convenience stores are also nearby. Several popular Japanese restaurants are located on the streets near Nakai, Ochiai, and Higashi-Nakao stations, all within a few minutes’ walk.

This was an excellent place for our family of 6. Even with one bathroom to shower in it was a great location to be near the train but still slightly away from the busy cities. The host is prompt and helpful at all times.

For this rental met all of our expectations for first-time visitors to tokyo. It is close to three different train lines there are several eateries and walking distance as well as convenience stores and groceries. The unit was perfect for our family of four with grown sons and I couldn't have the accommodated many more. It is well-capped and maintained and the owners could not be more gracious. We will definitely book again next time we are in the area I highly recommend it the neighborhood is quiet yet easy to get to all of the sites the train or Uber

We LOVED staying here. The communication with the host was so easy. Having a fully stocked kitchen was perfect. And having a washer/dryer combo or heating room was just what we needed. The neighborhood we stayed in was a residential area, very quiet and right by the station. Would definitely stay here again.
