The apartment is on the second floor of a historic Florentine building without a lift. The central location is ideal for visiting the city on foot. It is located just 350 meters from Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery, the famous Ponte Vecchio and the prestigious Piazza Santa Croce with its Basilica.
Because of its structure and its usable interior spaces it is particularly suitable for trips with family or friends. Comfortable and air-conditioned rooms.
The apartment is very large and spacious. There are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A very bright and large living area that leads to a 40 square meter terrace where you can enjoy precious moments of relaxation in the historic center. The apartment is also equipped with all comforts: air conditioning and fiber optic wifi in all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher.

You can easily reach it in 5 minutes on foot! The charming street where the apartment is located is then renowned for its shops and typical restaurants. In the immediate vicinity there is also a supermarket, pharmacy, bus stops to move in the hilly areas like Fiesole.

Hosts were wonderful To work with and check in was smooth. Apartment was clean and in a great location, just beware the two flights of stairs mentioned. We had luggage so it was trickier for us but that was on us! We would recommend this to folks with a good set of knees! Hosts were amazing and extremely helpful!

This apartment worked very well for our family of 4. The place was very large for a downtown Florence apartment. The location is at the heart of the city close to sites, restaurants and shopping. A/C in every room and living space was an unexpected luxury. Very clean and comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Our stay was excellent. It was a wonderful space nd location. The front bedroom was very loud due to street noise but otherwise it was a perfect place for our family vacation.Elisa was extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs.
