Everything about Brooks & Shorey was so easy to do. From reservation to checkout. They communicated well and often. We loved our condo. It was extremely well taken care of, clean, and so quiet. Bedrooms was nice size and the baths rooms as well. Loved the roomy walk in showers in both bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked with utensil's and ect to cook and clean with. Staff were nice, friendly and polite. Definitely a place to land for a week.

This 1BR condo was the perfect space for the 2 of us. Brooks and Shorey is an excellent property management group. We did encounter a few issues such as the bedroom has carpet and it smells of pet urine, backed up drains, and needs to be cleaned more throughly. I notified them and told them my concerns. They were quick to respond and offered to send maintenance for the drains. Hopefully they will make sure that the cleaners are properly cleaning the unit as well as convince the owner to remove the carpet and update the decor and such. As for the management group, they are awesome and we will book through them again. We were extremely happy with them from start to finish. They are a 5 star company.
