With your private balcony you will be able to enjoy early morning dolphin watching with a cup of coffee or a late night cocktail while watching the sunset after a long day at the beach. I was very disappointed in unit 307, we have rented at gulf dunes for four years and have always be so pleased. This unit has stained furniture, a smell to it, dirty paint and had no kitchen towels. We will not be renting this condo again.
