This is a beautiful place to stay while visiting Grand County! The location is very convenient to everything! We were attending the rodeo at Flying Heels Arena, which was just 10 minutes away. Winter Park, Granby and Grand Lake are all very close. The house was very clean and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The hosts are great about communication and answered our questions quickly. We will definitely reserve again if we are staying in the area.

Everything was wonderful. This was a great location in between Grand Lake and Winter Park. Host were very flexible. The place was roomy enough for myself and my grandkids -three boys we barbecued played Monopoly watch some movies and adventure out to the pool that is in the neighborhood and that was great too.

This is a beautiful home and it had everything we needed on our stay! Great area close to a grocery store and several restaurants close as well.

Was a nice house in a beautiful area. Was pretty disappointed that the pool and hot tub were 20 per person per day. Had a family of 5 so that was a huge extra expense. It was listed in amenities so feel like it should have been free. I understand I did not need the fine print though. Also house was very warm the whole trip even with ALL windows open and all a/c fan units going the entire trip. Master bedroom being the most uncomfortable. Made it difficult for to sleep. Did really enjoy sitting on front porch watching the hummingbirds. It was a nice stay just disappointed about the pool.
