Breathtaking sunsets and unbeatable Gulf views await you at this impeccably kept, 2-bedroom Gulf front townhome tucked away in the serene area of Blue Mountain Beach. Take in the beautiful scenery while you lounge on the townhome's private walk out balcony or head down to the white sandy beaches via the private beach access. Six-foot wide sliding glass doors in the living room along with walk out balconies off the living room and master suite provide spectacular views of the world-famous emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Blue Mountain Beach is a moments' drive from neighboring Seaside and WaterColor where you will find a variety of fabulous shopping and dining venues.
Multiple families or guests? SEE UNIT 4B located in the same complex in the unit below. It's a one-story, one-bedroom unit located just below this unit on the ground floor.

Carpet on the stairs was very dirty. Some toilets had challenges flushing. Slightly outdated unit. Could use a fresh coat of paint and the pictures make it look much nicer than it actually is. Paying to be directly on the beach. The views were incredible.

You are paying for the view and the private beach, which was amazing! Be ready to walk some stairs though! The home was clean, and the beds were comfy. It was in a great location, and it was decorated really cute. It was nice to have the parking spot to back into for loading and unloading so close to the door. The beach service was wonderful. We rented an extra chair and umbrella for 10 each a day, and the guys doing the service were very nice. The building itself is old so take that for what you will, but overall we had a wonderful experience with this rental.

Awesome location. Easy and quick access to the beach. We saw dolphins every day! Parking is right by the door. There are a lot of stairs from the beach up to the condo, probably 4 flights of stairs in total one way. But it is a quick walk to the beach, just turn the corner & there it is! You can walk to many places like a bakery, ice cream shop and restaurants. Very family friendly. I didn’t feel like the property was as clean as it could be and it didn’t feel well maintained. I expected it to be a little better in that regard. Details are important. The carpet on the stairs was stained and old. A lot of knicks and scratches- more than light wear and tear. Stains on the couch. Checking in and out was very simple and there was good communication with the management company. And the beach view is incredible, there are 2 balconies overlooking the ocean.

This place is all about the location and ease of enjoying the beach. The condo has a wonderful view but is dated and needs to be painted. The master shower curtain was moldy and gross. All toilet seats need to be replaced. The guest bathroom sink took about 30 minutes to drain when you brush your teeth. Stairwell carpets are stained and worn. There was a hole in the sheetrock on the stairwell. main floor balcony rail felt very shifty. They are remodeling the other building so the dumpster was a construction dumpster and by the end of our trip was overflowing onto the grass, smelly and gross. Has tons of potential because of location and easy to get to private beach, just needs A LOT of TLC.
