The main floor's expansive great room creates a warm, inviting space for relaxing and gathering together. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, generous counter space, and plenty of seating, making meal prep and service for large groups effortless. Highlights include dual full refrigerators, an undercounter beverage fridge and ice maker in the bar area, and drip and Keurig coffee makers, among other conveniences. This level also includes 3 King bedrooms with private baths (one handicap accessible), a laundry room, and a poolside bath for easy access from the outdoor areas.

The top floor holds 5 more bedrooms. Sleeping accommodations include one King bedroom and 2 double Queen rooms, each with a private bath and access to a beachfront balcony, plus 2 additional double Queen rooms with private baths and gorgeous beach and lagoon views. A family room offers a comfortable spot to unwind or watch TV, while a wet bar with an undercounter beverage fridge, extra coffee maker, and microwave keeps snacks and refreshments close at hand. A second laundry room adds convenience for longer stays.

Outside, both levels of Coastal Comfort feature expansive beachfront porches with unobstructed Gulf views, and the main floor includes covered areas ideal for outdoor dining and lounging beside the private heatable pool. A large charcoal grill, a long picnic table, and a ping pong table on the ground floor make outdoor entertaining easy. The private dune walkover, complemented by an outdoor shower, leads guests directly to a stretch of private beach perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or long walks along the shore.

Coastal Comfort is located on West Beach Boulevard, 6.3 miles west of Hwy 59 in Gulf Shores, offering complete serenity. Situated across from undeveloped conservation land, the home enjoys unobstructed views from every angle and lasting peace and quiet.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
