Enjoy this peaceful home in Sunnyside-Tahoe City. Bring the whole family to relax in mountain comfort! The detached one-car garage has plenty of storage space for bikes, a laundry room, and two Electric Vehicle chargers – one for Tesla and one for all other electric cars. The quiet, forested neighborhood and level access makes biking on Tahoe's many bike trails convenient and easy.
A cozy living area on the ground floor has a delightful gas fireplace and a medium-sized HDTV. The home has a pair of bedrooms on the entry level; one with a Bunk and a Twin with a Trundle, and the other downstairs room has a Twin and a Full/Double, with a shared bathroom just off the bedrooms and living area. Upstairs is another shared 3/4 bath between two more bedrooms, each with a Queen bed.
Tahoe Park HOA Beach (open seasonally) has WiFi, picnic tables, BBQs, a playground, horse shoe pits, two piers, and a swimming platform. The group will enjoy the quiet forested neighborhood. The level neighborhood access makes biking along Tahoe’s bike trails easy for anyone.
*Please note that the apartment above the detached garage is leased out to a long-term tenant that uses the garage space to the right and shares the laundry facilities. Do not block right side of garage or access in and out of the driveway to the right side of the garage.

- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.

Family friendly home, very responsive host, had all the kitchen items you could ask for. Easy walk to a local market, just minutes away from sledding. Worked for us perfectly, we had 3 kids and 2 adults and did even need one of the bedrooms. Plenty of space.

Such a great location in a beautiful neighborhood on a beautiful street. This house is charming and very accommodating. We had plenty of room for 6 women eating, hanging out and playing games though our 5 day stay. The neighborhood is safe and clean. People walking everywhere. Great access to the beach and the lake. Walking distance to delicious restaurants and bars. The only recommendation is replacing a twin mattress in the bunk room on trundle bed top. Too saggy for an adult.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to the beach and grocery store. We only vacay here because of the fourth bedroom. The house lacks supplies so bring items from home for the kitchen. Unlike two other properties we frequent that are fully supplied and so clean, this house is not. Half empty boxes of Kleenex, one toilet roll in each bathroom, kitchen soap, Dawn, in the soap dispensers in each bathroom is watered down. The rugs are so dirty, so a crawling child will get very dirty crawling on the floor, under the furniture is never cleaned, outside furniture needs cushions on the chairs, we used pillows from the living room to sit on, toilets clog frequently, shower door doesn’t close so water can flood floor, bottom of shower door has thick mold, not been cleaned in a long time, no screens on several windows so you cannot open them because of bugs during the summer flying into the house. Overall, poorly maintained for being extremely expensive for a weeks stay. If there were another house with four bedrooms in this area, I would rent it and not rent this house! Just being honest!
