A place to call home and feel at ease. Behind the dike, in the Residenz am Strand, you’ll find the 42 m² “Ostseerauschen” apartment on the 2nd floor, which spans two levels.

On the lower level, you’ll find a living-dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a living area with a TV, an armchair, a sofa bed, and a dining table. The separate bathroom with a shower is also located on this level. In the afternoon, the sun awaits you on the balcony, inviting you to linger.

On the upper level, you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed and a cozy reading nook—not to mention a skylight that offers a view and the sound of the waves from the beautiful Baltic Sea from every angle.

The apartment includes a free parking space.

A sauna and a hot tub are available in the residential complex’s communal wellness area for a fee, subject to prior reservation. The laundromat is also available for a fee and features coin-operated machines.

Welcome to the Residenz am Strand

This exclusive vacation apartment complex is located directly behind the Baltic Sea dike and the fine sandy beach, just a few meters from the pier and the “shopping promenade.”

With our wide range of options, we can fulfill every wish—from solo travelers to family vacations, there’s something for everyone. Do you want to explore a lot, get to the beach quickly, or would you prefer an apartment with a sea view? Here you’ll find the ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation.

We’ll take care of your bicycles just as we do your car, and for your comfort, the complex offers a sauna, hot tub, and laundry facility—all available for a fee. Internet access is, of course, free, and thanks to one of the last true local bakeries, a bread roll delivery service is also available.
