The hotel is close to the train station and the bus stops for tours. The hotel also left plenty of cookies, coffee, and tea in my room which was a lovely touch. To be honest it was a good stay and I really enjoyed it!
I had a problem booking a taxi to the airport and unfortunately doesn't work very well in Inverness, the staff couldn't help me. :(

Very clean
Quiet
Online system for check in was laborious and unnecessarily detailed
No dedicated parking

Loved the fact this had a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely dining room/lounge to relax in
Very clean
They allowed us to leave our luggage early and get changed
Its just over the bridge so not in the hustle and bustle of the city centre which meant it was much quieter
bedroom was a little small
Walls are a but thin, we could hear the conversation in the room next door

The location was good.
Clothes dryer stopped working. Shower step down (25cm) was very dangerous. Stepping down from a slippery wet shower floor was clearly unsafe. Very limited cutlery (no forks) Very expensive for what was provided. Cleaners(3 at the same time) very intrusive while I was cooking lunch. Double locking on doors hard to open if carrying anything. Only one towel provided for a 4 night stay. No top up of coffee sachets etc. Absolutely nothing extra provided in the kitchen. Basic essentials like salt and pepper would be good.
