L'Heritage Premium Hanoi Central

It was beautifully decorated and the staff were lovely. My room was amazing and I loved that there was a Bluetooth speaker in there.

The flooring was quite slippery near the pool when it’s wet and the pool table was pretty average but otherwise no complaints.

I had a lovely stay at Heritage Premium Hanoi Central. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including toiletries. The beds were very comfortable—not too soft and not too firm. Breakfast offered a good variety, although a little more rotation in the dishes would be appreciated for longer stays. What truly made my experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly attentive, kind, and accommodating. Special thanks to the masseuse and the front desk team, who thoughtfully arranged a soothing warm tea when I wasn’t feeling well. The restaurant team was equally wonderful and remembered my request for the same tea the following evening. These small, thoughtful gestures made me feel genuinely cared for. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from Hanoi’s Old Quarter, with restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, beauty salons, and other essential services nearby. A dentist clinic right across the street was a major plus. Overall, highly recommended! Comfortable rooms, a convenient location, and genuinely exceptional hospitality made our stay memorable.

More rotation in the breakfast dishes would be great. The rooms, as I stayed here on 2 separate occasions, felt more on the smaller side, but that's probably due to the design and wall-colors. The pool, which I ended up not using, was rather small and needed some upgrading.

Great location, close to the main parts but far enough away to get away from the constant noise. Lovely boutique hotel

The lady by the pool came across quite moody and when we asked if we could use the pool seats, she said no because it may rain. Service by the pool was also quite poor, we were never asked if we would like anything, we had to keep Going up and asking. Also the music by the pool was not of a relaxing nature.

We booked a twin room with two single beds and it was confirmed as such, but we were given one shared large bed. Staff said they didn’t have the equipment to separate the beds as it was late check in so we had to share a bed. This would be especially uncomfortable for travellers who aren't a couple.
